Yes. You will have direct communication with the specific designer handling your engineered product project such as roof trusses, metal web flooring or timber frame design.

Once you have placed an order please mention any narrow lanes or vehicle weight limits to your project designer/sales team member and they will make a note of this for the delivery.

You can adjust standard timber supplies before they leave our yard for delivery. Bespoke engineered components cannot be altered once the final design is signed off and manufacturing begins.

Roof trusses are an engineered plated timber roof solution. The engineering involved in a truss uses the strength of timbers and connecting metal plates in order to reduce wastage and timber volume, and create a bespoke design specific to your needs. Our trusses are designed and manufactured at our site in Norwich and delivered for when you need it on site. The premanufactured nature of the trusses means it is a much more efficient way of constructing the roof, reducing labour and downtime on site.

YES! The best way to get a quotation for your engineered products is to send us a drawing and/or measurements of your project. From this, we can provide a budget quotation. As and when you place the order, if necessary, one of our experienced designers will come to the site to complete a survey where we assess the existing property for elements which tie in with the new products being supplied and ensure they will fit as required.
