YES! The best way to get a quotation for your engineered products is to send us a drawing and/or measurements of your project. From this, we can provide a budget quotation. As and when you place the order, if necessary, one of our experienced designers will come to the site to complete a survey where we assess the existing property for elements which tie in with the new products being supplied and ensure they will fit as required.
Currently, we offer Supply Only; however, we do have extensive contacts in the industry, so we would be very happy to recommend someone local to you.
Card payment and bank transfer are our preferred methods of payment – currently, we do not accept Amex payments. Trade credit is available (subject to application and approval).
While many of our stock items are returnable, bespoke and engineered products are non-refundable once production commences. Please see our full terms and conditions, available on our website.
Trusses and Metal web joists are engineered to EuroCode5, which is the recognised European standard of timber structures. We hold PEFC chain-of-custody, doing our bit for sustainability. We comply with UKCA Marking, CE Marking and BM Trada Q-Mark certification. All of the above go towards ensuring a great quality product with quality assurance from reputable industry bodies. We are also proud members of the Trussed Rafter Association.
